Frequently Asked Question
 
1. Question :   Where are your cleaners from ?
Answer :   The cleaners are under employment with UniHome and they are mainly Singaporeans/PRs or work permit holders from Malaysia.
 
2. Question :   Who is responsible if the cleaner is injured while cleaning my house ?
Answer :   All workers employed by UniHome are insured with Work Injury Insurance required by MOM. All work related injuries are covered under the Work Injury Insurance.
 
3. Question :   Do I have to pay agency fees when I engaged your services?
Answer :   No, we do not collect agency fees. The prices we quote are nett and there are no hidden costs.
 
4. Question :   Am I required to sign a contract with UniHome while engaging your cleaning services?
Answer :   We do not need customer to sign a contract but do let us know if you are engaging us on a short term basis as we charge different rates for short term customer (< 3 months).
 
5. Question :   What if theft occured?
Answer :   We always remind our customer to keep their valuables under lock and key to avoid misplacement and misunderstanding. If theft do really occured, we will co-operate with the customer and report the matter to the Police for investigation.
 
6. Question :   Do I have to be at home while your cleaner cleans my house?
Answer :   We have customers who hand us their house keys during their first cleaning session while others only leave their house keys after a few cleaning sessions with us. Whichever is your preference, we respect it.
